Return / Refund Policy
Please review the email you receive confirming your order to make sure you ordered correctly. Also review the ship to address to confirm that it is correct. We are not responsible for any incorrect orders placed by the customer. Please do not return any items until speaking with us to receive authorization and instructions for the return. If you need to cancel/change your order before it ships please notify us immediately at: 1.904.733.0103.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Refund amount will be calculated as follows: Credit less all freight charges incurred and a 10% restocking fee on the total bill unless there was an error on our behalf. Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment was received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.
Shipping and Damage Claims Policy
If your shipment has arrived damaged or is the incorrect item, please contact us at (904) 733-0103. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement of the damage or incorrect item. With freight shipments note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return.
All orders are subject to availability. Transit times are an estimate; generally shipping companies do not count the day the item is picked up. Generally, all orders will be confirmed via email and will be shipped within two business days. We will notify you by email of any unexpected delays in processing and/or shipping your order. We make every attempt to ship all orders in the most cost effective means available. It may be cheaper to facilitate shipments via LTL truck instead of UPS.
Any additional or supplemental charges incurred in the process of delivering your order above basic freight door to door delivery remain the responsibility of the purchase. Those additional supplemental charges would apply to special delivery needs determined by you or the carrier to include, Lift Gate at Delivery, Residential Delivery or Delivery Appointment, Special delivery instructions or notification requirements. Orders shipped via UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments or when UPS is unable to make delivery after three attempts.
Limitation of Liability of Damages
Wine Pulp Shippers (DKM Wine Packaging Inc.) will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of business, or other economic damaged. Wine Pulp Shippers (DKM Wine Packaging Inc.) is not responsible for delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control. Wine Pulp Shippers’s (DKM Wine Packaging Inc.) aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for any products purchased through this site, or, if no such products were purchase, ten dollars ($10.00).
Wine Pulp Shippers (DKM Wine Packaging Inc.) maintains no responsibility for Claims for merchandise lost, broken or damaged while in the shipping process once they have left our plant. Wine Pulp Shippers (DKM Wine Packaging Inc.), Shall not be responsible in any way for any alleged defect in or damage to the Customer’s cased goods, while in the possession of a common carrier or any other alternative freight services providers or the consequences thereof. We will work with the freight forwarder and make every effort to correct the situation.
